Welcome to Cute Countdown ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Cute Countdown ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Cute Countdown mobile application and associated services.
By downloading, accessing, or using Cute Countdown, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Cute Countdown may offer both free and premium features. Premium access may be available via in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the respective platform (App Store or Google Play).

Cute Countdown is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App for your needs.
Countdowns and notifications are provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for missed events, deadlines, or losses arising from incorrect dates, device settings, time zones, or failure to receive notifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cute Countdown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cute Countdown and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the App. Continued use after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
